For this event, Columbia partnered with mprez to design all of the PowerPoint presentations. This was a strategic choice, as the summit is one of the few opportunities to bring together so many employees and clients at a European level.

The project challenge: to move beyond the traditional role of slides as simple presentation aids and transform them into a powerful strategic tool capable of capturing attention and mobilizing teams around future goals.
Once the project launched, an agile mprez team was assembled, featuring a project manager in Europe and a designer in Brazil.
This setup, spanning two time zones, allowed for highly efficient feedback loops: as the European team finished their workday, the Brazilian team could take over, and vice versa.
The result: 130 slides delivered in less than three weeks, perfectly tailored to Columbia's needs.
Through this collaboration, Columbia benefited from support worthy of the event: visually striking, perfectly aligned with the brand identity, and designed to unite teams around the future strategy.
